Our Iberico Beef Chorizo comes from the same region as our classic Iberico pork products, made with Beef and Iberico pork fat, fresh garlic, salt and paprika from La Vera. After the production process, perfected by generations, our Iberico beef chorizo is left to settle in natural dryers, to give this unique and delicious flavour.
